Last week we had a special dress up day in Year 1. We could come to school dressed up as a fairytale character. This is because we have been learning all about different traditional stories and fairytales. Can you work out who we are dressed as?! In the afternoon we went over to the hall for a fairytale ball. We played some games and did some dancing. The teachers even put on a show for us! They acted out "Cinderella." Miss Cockcroft was Cinderella and Mr Subramoney was the fairy godfather!
Hi Room 18, WOW what an exciting day you all had. We loved seeing how much fun you all had and heard about the Ball in the afternoon. Your Fairytale Clothes looked beautiful; just like a REAL FAIRYTALE! Have fun for the rest of the term! And don't forget, RUN RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN, you CAN'T CATCH me, I'm the Gingerbread Man. Hope Daniella read her Fairytale well; as I'm sure you all did and had fun! It was nice that Mrs Bracewell and Miss Brookshaw have been able to share hearing your stories and watching your expressions :)))))
